The North Newton Housing Authority announces bid opportunities for the replacement of windows in 17 buildings (62 apartments) in a public housing development in North Newton, KS.

Work will include labor and materials for the removal, disposal and installation of vinyl replacement windows.

Contractors must provide a valid business license and proof of insurance of at least $1,000,000 at bid opening. All workmanship and material must be warranted for 1 year. Section 3 Contractors are welcome to bid.

Bids will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder whose bid meets the above requirements. Bidder may withdraw the bid at any time prior to the bid opening.
